YFCC provide a range of services to young people, families and individuals in communities across the North West Coast and West Coast of Tasmania, with the aim that they are able to access to the support, encouragement and resources they need.
Programs include:
- Crisis Accommodation Support Services (Shelters in Burnie and Devonport)
- Transitional Accommodation Support Services
- Alcohol, Tobacco & Drug Services (Treatment and Counselling Services)
- Alcohol, Tobacco & Drug Services (Health Promotion Programs)
- Family Support Services
- Emergency Relief Program
This project is funded by the Australian Government through the National Partnership Agreement on Improving Health Services in Tasmania
