COTA (Council on the Ageing) Tasmania – Aged Care Navigator

Provides a range of aged care information, resources and support services for individuals, families, carers, groups and service providers. Support is offered via phone, online, face to face and through provision of resources to people accessing aged care options for the first time, or to people transitioning between the different types of aged care. Group sessions about Aged Care options can be delivered to groups of various sizes and can be provided remotely via zoom and other platforms as well as face to face.
