To deliver an intensive, personalised treatment for each individual. Treatment by counselling and referrals to other services as required and appropriate. Over 18’s.
Services will be provided either face to face, by telephone, email or assertive outreach. A range of instruments will be used to assess severity of situation for each individual and to determine intensity and type of treatment
