The Tas Central Coast Group of the Australian Breastfeeding Association meets face-to-face every two weeks (as well as having a statewide Zoom discussion on the first Friday of the month). We alternate between social cuppa mornings and informal discussions relating to breastfeeding and parenting. These are facilitated by a qualified breastfeeding educator or counsellor, and confidential breastfeeding counselling is available. We welcome all - it is a great way to meet other mothers and to support each other. You don 't have to have a breastfeeding problem to come along. Our group activities are free to all.
